Valid results “at first glance”
After the read-in process, PADSY Holter analyzes the ECG and presents the entire recording for up to 48 hours. The complete overview shows you the HR curve, the HR variability and all detected arrhythmias according to frequency in clear histograms. You will be able to assess your patient’s heart rhythm status after a short time. You can enlarge the ECG section of each detected event with a mouse click.
Template analysis
The different complex forms of all beat classes which appear are visualized by PADSY Holter using its template analysis. This means that the correct allocation of the beat classes from a recording can be checked and, if necessary, corrected in a single work step. The “waterfall presentation” which clearly and precisely displays each ECG beat of a previously classified beat class, like on a string of beats, is helpful for a quick overview.
Versatile pacemaker analysis
PADSY Holter offers analysis functions for evaluating pacemaker spikes. The pacemaker overview already presents you with an overview of the basic pacemaker functions. A histogram allows a detailed time analysis of each individual pacemaker class with direct editing options. The effects of the programmed pacemaker parameters can be quickly, specifically and precisely analyzed and monitored via the class definition and pacemaker reanalysis.
Detection atrial fibrillation (optional)
About 800,000 people in Germany suffer from atrial fibrillation. It is therefore important to reliably detect atrial fibrillation at a very early stage and, in the event of any risk, to take countermeasures before a dangerous thrombosis develops. PADSY Holter Atrial Fibrillation Diagnosis module supports you to detect existing atrial fibrillation phases.
